Formats & Services
ZelDance stands for contemporary dance, expressive choreography, and the highest level of aesthetic precision. Our productions fall within the realm of the visual arts and modern performance — a far cry from traditional entertainment, show dance, or club performances. We exclusively book professionally trained dancers who bring elegance, expressiveness, and artistic depth to your stage.
A Moment
A custom-designed performance lasting approximately 10 minutes
We’ll create a choreography tailored specifically to your event. You decide what role the performance will play during your evening: as an energetic opening that immediately draws your guests into the event, or as an emotional climax to wrap things up.
Time: The opening or closing of your event
Music: By mutual agreement—from classical to electronic, from intimate to dynamic
Costumes & Aesthetics: Customized to Match Your Color and Theme Concept
Duration: About 10 minutes
(1 continuous performance)
Ensemble: The lineup will be tailored to your preferences and the size of the venue
Ideal for: Galas, company anniversaries, grand openings, award ceremonies and brand launches
Three Moments
Three dramatic highlights, each lasting 3 to 5 minutes, spread out throughout your evening
Instead of a single segment, your guests will experience three artistic elements that serve as a common thread running through the event.
Timing: Three strategically planned appearances coordinated with your schedule (e.g., reception, intermission/keynote, finale)
Music & Dramaturgy: Building in intensity or creating contrast—perfectly attuned to the different phases of the evening
Costumes & Aesthetics: A cohesive design that fits the setting
Duration: 3 × about 3 to 5 minutes.
Ensemble: The lineup will be tailored to your preferences and the size of the venue
Ideal for: Multi-part corporate events, brand presentations, dinners, and exclusive receptions
An Evening
A choreography combined with a spatial intervention that engages the audience
We begin with a focused choreographed performance (3 to 10 minutes) on the main stage. Afterward, the dance moves beyond the fixed framework. Over an agreed-upon period (e.g., 60 to 90 minutes), our dancers move atmospherically throughout the venue.
Dance becomes living architecture: Your guests will encounter brief moments of movement on the stairs, in the foyer, in outdoor areas, or in between conversations.
Effect: Creates an immersive, elegant atmosphere and breaks away from traditional event formats
Ideal for: Art openings, galleries, historic estates, industrial architecture, and exclusive networking events
This is included in every reservation
Initial Personal Consultation: No-obligation consultation and artistic concept development

On-site Support: Smooth Organization on the Day of the Event
Ensemble & Cast
We tailor the size of the ensemble to your vision and the space. A duo creates an intimate, highly precise and focused atmosphere, while a larger ensemble fills spacious rooms with immense energy and presence. During our initial consultation, we’ll recommend the ideal lineup for you.
Planning Period & Lead Time
Quality takes time and space. Since we develop and rehearse each choreography, musical arrangement and costume design specifically for your event, we recommend booking at least 8 to 10 weeks in advance. This allows us to guarantee thorough preparation and the highest level of perfection on the night of your event.
Transparency & Fairness
How your pricing is structured
Since every event has its own unique requirements, we do not use fixed, pre-set rates. Your customized quote will take the following into account:
Scope of Concept Development & Choreography
Size of the ensemble & rehearsal schedule
Costume Design & Music Licensing
Logistics, Travel and On-Site Support
Fair remuneration
We are committed to artistic excellence and professional working conditions. Our dancers are fairly compensated in accordance with the minimum fee guidelines (HUG) set by the Federal Association of Independent Performing Arts (BFDK). This ensures the highest quality on stage and a respectful working environment behind the scenes.
