We start with a brief, no-obligation consultation to learn about your vision, the venue and the occasion. We then develop a concept, coordinate details such as music, costumes and the program with you and handle the entire on-site execution on the day of the event.

The earlier you start, the more room there is for creativity. For a customized concept, we recommend at least 8–12 weeks’ lead time, for larger productions, feel free to plan even further in advance. Last-minute requests are still welcome — just get in touch.

Usually surprisingly little: enough space for the performance, a dressing room or a private area for the team to change and prepare, as well as a way to play music on-site (e.g., a sound system). If you don’t have these, we’d be happy to arrange them for you. We’ll bring the rest — tech, choreography, and execution with us. We deliberately incorporate any unique features of your venue into the concept.
